South Korea Launches 1.25 GW Offshore Wind Tender

South Korea has launched a tender for 1.25 GW of Offshore Wind and 1 GW of solar capacity. The Offshore Wind tender maintains a ceiling price of 176,565 KRW/MWh (€113), with 500 MW allocated for public-led bidding for the first time. Competitive bidding will now occur twice annually. The solar tender has a slightly reduced ceiling price of 155,742 KRW/MWh (€100).
