Talks between Indian Oil (IOC) and its partner ONGC Videsh to acquire a stake in Tullow Oil's Lokichar oil field in Kenya, a deal valued at around $2 billion last year, have been canceled. After visiting Kenya in July of last year, senior officials from the two Indian suitors, it was decided to end the lengthy negotiations.
