As of June 30, 2025, the PLI Scheme for High Efficiency Solar PV Modules has attracted ₹48,120 crore in investments and generated employment for around 38,500 people. The scheme, aimed at reducing import dependence and promoting domestic manufacturing, has led to Letters of Award for 48,337 MW of solar module capacity.
