In Q1 FY25, electricity consumption by Public Charging Stations (PCSs) for Electric Vehicles (EVs) in India rose over 108% year-on-year, totaling 176.87 million units. This surge is linked to a 42% increase in registered EVs, reaching approximately 4.57 million. Delhi led consumption, followed by Maharashtra and Gujarat, as India aims for 50 million EVs by 2030.
