Evonik and VoltH2 have entered into a long-term partnership to advance green hydrogen production at Evonik's hydrogen peroxide plant in Delfzijf, Netherlands. VoltH2 will construct a 50 MW electrolyzer to supply Evonik with green hydrogen on-site. This facility is expected to start operations by the end of 2027 and will be the first industrial-scale green hydrogen electrolysis plant in the northern Netherlands.
