Dominion Energy's 176-turbine Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) project has seen a 9% cost increase, rising from $9.8bn to $10.7bn. The 2.6GW project, 50% complete, is still on track for completion by 2026. The increase is due to higher network upgrade and Onshore interconnection costs. A cost-sharing mechanism protects customers, limiting their impact to a 43 cent per month increase on bills.
