Statera Energy has proposed a 500MW Green Hydrogen Project in Kintore, Aberdeenshire, aiming to utilize surplus Renewable Energy. Expected to begin operations by 2028, the project could scale to 3GW. It aims to support the UK’s energy system, decarbonize heavy industry, and generate 3,500 construction jobs, contributing £1 billion to the economy by 2035.
