Sungrow has signed a supply agreement with EP Produzione for a 100 MW / 220 MWh utility-scale energy storage project in Trapani, Sicily, marking its first Italian project using the PowerTitan 2.0 system. This 2-hour BESS aims to boost grid stability and renewable energy integration. Featuring 44 units with advanced safety, liquid cooling, and integrated architecture, the project supports Sicily’s energy transition.
