Rayzon Solar Ltd, a fast-growing solar panel manufacturer based in Surat, plans to file draft papers with SEBI for a ₹1,500-crore IPO by month-end. The company has appointed top investment banks for the process. Funds raised will support expansion through fresh equity issuance. Founded in 2017, Rayzon Solar grew from 40 MW to 6,000 MW capacity across Gujarat.
