Uzbekistan will start producing Green Hydrogen in June 2025, announced Abid Malik, President of ACWA Power Central Asia. ACWA Power is working on two green hydrogen projects, including one in Uzbekistan with a 3,000-tonne annual capacity. The $88 million initiative, launched in November 2023, aims to boost Uzbekistan’s global green hydrogen presence.
