Oyster Green secures ₹1,844 cr from Union Bank of India for 342 MW Hybrid Project in MP

Oyster Green Hybrid Three, a subsidiary of Oyster Renewable Energy, secured a Rs 1,844 crore loan from Union Bank of India for its 342 MW solar-wind hybrid power project in Madhya Pradesh. This 20-year financing is among the largest for a hybrid renewable project in the state. The project, connected to the Inter-State Transmission System, has a 25-year power purchase agreement with a major industry unit and aims to reduce nearly 8 lakh tonnes of CO2 emissions annually.
