Li-Cycle, a Canadian battery recycling company, has partnered with an unnamed premium automotive OEM to recycle lithium-ion battery materials at its facility in Magdeburg, Germany. This partnership will supply the Germany with battery feedstock, supporting Li-Cycle's goal of creating a sustainable, localized supply chain for critical battery materials in the EU.
