Waaree Energies, India’s largest solar PV module manufacturer, has started commercial production at its 1.4 GW mono PERC Solar Cell line in Chikhli, Gujarat. This marks the first phase of India’s largest solar cell facility, which will eventually reach a 5.4 GW capacity, including 4 GW of high-efficiency TOPCon cells.
