Orsted has awarded Hyosung Heavy Industries the contract to supply Ultra-High Voltage equipment for its 2600 MW Hornsea 4 offshore wind farm. The South Korean company will provide 400kV transformers and reactors. Pending the final investment decision (FID) in 18 months, the project aims for 2030 commissioning.
