Foxconn (2317.TW), primarily known for making iPhones, is set to announce a second Japanese automaker partner, Chairman Young Liu said. This follows a recent EV partnership between Foxconn’s subsidiary, Foxtron, and Mitsubishi Motors. Foxconn sees Japan as a key EV growth market amid rising competition from Chinese brands.
