MTerra Solar Phase 1 has begun commercial operations for 600 MWac mid-merit capacity under its PSA with Meralco, after receiving NGCP's Final Certificate of Approval to Connect for 950 MWac solar and 825 MW BESS. The project was inaugurated in July 2026 with 1373 MWac solar PV and 825 MW / 3300 MWh BESS, billed as the world's largest integrated solar + BESS facility on a single site.
