Blink Charging Co. has signed a non-binding term sheet with Axxeltrova to form a £100 million SPV, supporting EV charging infrastructure in the UK under the LEVI program. Blink will manage installation and maintenance, while the SPV owns the chargers. Despite recent earnings shortfalls, Blink is cutting costs and focusing on service growth.
