US independent power producer Headwater Energy has closed a deal to supply solar power to Meta Platforms from its 125 MW Orca Falls Solar project in Navarro County, Texas. Under the power purchase agreement, the project is scheduled to enter construction in Q3 2026 and reach commercial operation in November 2027, interconnecting to the ERCOT grid via Oncor Electric Delivery.
