The Karagandy Region administration signed a memorandum to build 65 Wind Turbines in Osakarov district, Kazakhstan, with a total capacity of 500 MW Wind Power Project. This wind farm, located in wind-rich Saryozek, is the second foreign-invested project in the area. China Energy Overseas Investment has completed a feasibility study.
