At its 56th AGM, REC Ltd announced loan sanctions of ₹3,37,179 crore and disbursements of ₹1,91,185 crore for FY25. The loan book grew 11% year-on-year to ₹5.67 lakh crore, while net worth rose 13% to ₹77,638 crore. Total income increased 19% to ₹55,980 crore, and profit after tax climbed 12% to ₹15,713 crore.
