Insolation Energy Ltd.’s subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., secured a ₹143.20 crore solar module supply order from Zetwerk Manufacturing for FY 2025-26. Additionally, the company announced the incorporation of nine wholly-owned subsidiaries on September 10. These SPVs—like VNPG Green Infra and JEMP Green Infra—are dedicated to developing solar power plants, including rooftop systems.
