Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has issued a tender (RfS No. 58) for a 250 MW/500 MWh standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. Supported by Viability Gap Funding from the Power System Development Fund, the initiative aims to enhance grid stability, integrate renewable energy, and meet rising electricity demand.
