Helleniq Energy Holdings SA is expanding in Southeast Europe by acquiring over 400 MW of renewable projects in Romania and Bulgaria. In Romania, it bought a 96 MW wind project from OX2 AB and a 186 MW wind project with battery storage potential. In Bulgaria, Helleniq acquired a 123 MW solar project with battery storage.
