Vestas has received a 274MW turbine order from EDF Power Solutions North America for the Madawaska wind project in Quebec. The deal includes 45 EnVentus turbines and a 10-year service agreement. The project will supply clean energy to tens of thousands of homes and support regional industry. Quebec-based Marmen will supply towers, creating 150 local jobs.
