The Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) is investing C$206m ($150.5m) in the Mersey River wind farm in Nova Scotia, partnering with Slate Asset Management, Hamilton Lane-managed funds, and Renewall Energy. The 33-turbine project will generate 148.5 MW, powering over 50,000 homes, supporting Nova Scotia’s transition from coal to renewable energy, and reducing carbon emissions by 220,000t annually.
