Tata Group’s battery arm Agratas is developing in-house LFP battery cell technology amid China’s export restrictions on battery manufacturing know-how. The company will validate LFP cells through a pilot production line at its Sanand, Gujarat facility, while continuing NMC cell production through its AESC partnership.
