SJS Enterprises Limited has acquired a 2.08 percent stake in DB Renews Private Limited for Rs 72 lakh to become a captive consumer of its 27 MW wind power project in Belagavi district, Karnataka. The investment involves purchasing 28,800 equity shares at par and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2026.
