Adani Infra (India) Ltd has acquired an additional 1.03% stake in Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) for ₹2,380 crore through an inter-promoter transaction. The company purchased 1.7 crore AGEL shares at ₹1,400 per share from Ardour Investment Holding Ltd. Following the deal, Adani Infra’s holding increased to 2.
