Mayer Brown advised AIIB, NDB, and Société Générale on a US$132 million senior secured financing for SAEL Solar MHP1’s 300 MW Solar Power Plant in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Project expands SAEL’s over 6.5 GW Solar portfolio and includes a 12.8 km Transmission Line to the Kurnool-III grid.
