Adani Power Limited has secured a 2,500 MW round-the-clock renewable energy contract from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited. The 25-year agreement was awarded through an e-reverse auction, with the Letter of Award received on April 1, 2026. The deal ensures long-term revenue visibility, supports Maharashtra’s clean energy goals, complies with SEBI regulations, and confirms no related-party involvement, maintaining transparent and arm’s-length commercial terms.
