The Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company (MSETCL) has issued an EoI to empanel EPC contractors, technology providers, and system integrators for 2,000 MW/4,000 MWh battery energy storage systems (BESS). Selected bidders must handle design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and 12-year maintenance, ensuring 95% annual availability.
