South Korea’s GS Engineering & Construction has entered India’s renewable energy market, commissioning the 12.75 MWp Patur solar power project in Maharashtra. Expected to generate 18–20 million kWh annually, it will power about 6,000 households and cut 8,000 tons of CO₂ per year. Under a 25-year agreement, 69% of electricity will supply Iljin Global India.
