Nextracker Acquires Solar Pile International for $48 Million

Nextracker, a PV tracker manufacturer, acquired US-based Solar PV foundations supplier Solar Pile International (SPI) for $48 million, following a similar $120 million acquisition of Ojjo. This strategic move aims to integrate tracker systems with foundations for diverse soil conditions. Nextracker is expanding US manufacturing, targeting 100% domestic content by early 2025.
