West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission approved 600 MW wind-solar hybrid power procurement for CESC Limited through competitive bidding under Ministry of Power guidelines. The auction, managed by PFC Consulting Limited, attracted 900 MW bids from six developers, with four selected after e-reverse auction on February 25, 2026.
