The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) approved tariffs for 2,000 MW ISTS-connected Solar PV projects with 1,000 MW/4,000 MWh energy storage systems (ESS) based on SECI’s competitive bidding under SECI-ISTS-XVII. Five successful bidders secured contracts at tariffs around ₹3.52-3.
