At REI 2025, Waaree Energies introduced its 645 Wp TOPCon G12R back-contact solar module from the TEJOMAY series, offering 23.88% efficiency. The dual-glass modules range from 635–665 Wp with 23.51–24.62% efficiency. Built with 132 G12R n-type half-cut cells, they feature 2mm semi-tempered glass, an anodized aluminium frame, and 75±5% bifaciality.
