ACME Solar Holdings has received the Letter of Intent (LoI) from SJVN for a 450 MW/1800 MWh assured peak power project under the FDRE-IV tender at ₹6.75/kWh for 25 years. The e-reverse auction was held on October 9, 2025, with the LoI issued on November 10, 2025. The project integrates 300 MW of solar with 1800 MWh battery storage in Rajasthan, ensuring 90% availability and marking ACME’s first use of Indian-made solar cells under ALMM List-II.
