Vestas wins 270 MW Wind Project in USA

Vestas has been awarded a 270 MW order to power a wind project in the USA. The details of the project are not known as of yet but is being developed by Steelhead Americas, Vestas’ North American development arm. Vestas will supply 60 V163-4.5 MW turbines, its newest high-capacity factor turbine and will sign a multi-year Active Output Management 5000 service agreement.
