The polish company R powers won the contract of 655MW BESS with the delivery of 2029. The 17 year old contract involves investment in 4 battery storage project with combined capacity of 655MW/2.3GWh. The revenue generated by the project is around 1.6 Billion. The projects will provide services that support the operation of the power grid and take part in market arbitrage
