Vestas will supply and commission 92 turbines for RWE’s 1.38GW Vanguard West offshore wind project, located 47km off Norfolk, UK. Each 15MW turbine will support power generation for 1.5 million homes by 2029. Backed by KKR and secured under Allocation Round 7, the project includes a five-year service agreement and long-term support, strengthening the UK’s renewable energy capacity and energy security
