The UK will develop a £50 million green hydrogen production facility at Milford Haven, Wales, with construction expected to begin later this year. Developed by MorGen Energy, the West Wales Hydrogen project will transform a former oil refinery site into a commercial-scale hydrogen plant. The facility is expected to create around 60 construction jobs and 10 permanent positions, with commissioning planned for early 2028.
