Devon County Council and Torbay Council have appointed Believ, char.gy, and Wenea to install nearly 3,000 public EV charging points across communities, car parks, streets, and lamp columns. The project is supported by £8 million LEVI funding from the UK Department for Transport and around £30 million private investment from charging operators.
