Teralta Hydrogen Solutions Inc. has acquired Loop Energy Inc., a hydrogen fuel cell system developer for commercial vehicles and stationary power applications. The acquisition will help Teralta enhance its clean hydrogen production, storage, and delivery infrastructure. Loop Energy's Burnaby location will become Teralta's new head office, expanding to uses like data centers, mining & construction.
