Bondada Engineering won a ₹627 crore LOA from AP TRANSCO to develop a 225 MW/450 MWh standalone BESS at Hindupur. The project, under the BOO model, must be commissioned within 18 months. Secured at APTRANSCO’s November 2025 auction, the Hindupur capacity was awarded at ₹1.64 lakh/MW/month.
