Kolkata-based Texmaco Rail & Engineering has completed commissioning of hydro-mechanical systems for the 2,000 MW Subansiri Lower Hydroelectric Project on the Arunachal Pradesh–Assam border. Acting as the sole hydro-mechanical contractor, Texmaco handled design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning.
