TagEnergy has acquired Australian renewables developer ACE Power, adding 6GW of energy storage and renewable projects to its portfolio, bringing its total Australian pipeline to over 10GW. The deal includes ACE’s 27-member team, boosting TagEnergy’s local workforce to over 60. Key projects include major battery energy storage systems (BESS), such as Nebo (900MW/3,600MWh) and Raglan (500MW/2,000MWh) in Queensland, and a 1,000MW/8,000MWh BESS in New South Wales, aligning with TagEnergy’s strategic focus on large-scale energy storage solutions.
