Sosteneo has acquired the remaining 50% of the 151 MW Mineo PV project in Catania, Sicily, from European Energy, giving it full ownership. The project, which reached ready-to-build status in December 2025, benefits from a contract for difference (CfD) under Italy’s FER-X scheme covering 70% of output.
