Germany’s Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) has launched an innovation tender to award 475 MW of new solar PV capacity by May, with bids capped at 7.13 euro cents/kWh. Projects up to 20 MW are eligible, including agrivoltaics, while larger projects require prior approval under Solarpaket I reforms.
