Sahaj Solar Limited has approved the incorporation of Sahaj Energy Solar Panels Manufacturing L.L.C. in the UAE to manage activities related to a planned 750 MW solar panel manufacturing plant. The entity will operate as a step-down subsidiary through Sahaj Renewable Energy Trading–FZCO, which will hold a 51% stake.
