ReNew Energy reported an 11% YoY increase in Q3 FY25 EBITDA to ₹1,388.2 crore, with total income reaching ₹2,119.8 crore (10% growth). Operating capacity rose 25.5% to 10.7 GW, expanding the total portfolio to 17.4 GW. The company targets 1,900-2,400 MW installations this fiscal year. A non-binding acquisition offer is under review.
